Full Job Description
Town of Ripley * Part Time Assessor
The Ripley Town Board is seeking applications for part-time sole assessor position. Candidates must have NYS Office of Real Property Tax credentials or be able to be certified by the NYSORPT within six months through various combinations of schooling or practical experience. Interested persons can obtain the credential guidelines, an application and a job description from the Town Clerk.
The position will be part-time. Skills to include math, computer, business letter writing and work accuracy are needed.
The Town Clerk must receive applications for the position by 4:00 PM, January 10, 2025.
