We are setting the standard for a modern sports and entertainment brand that shapes a better tomorrow for all.    Position Summary: This position works with the International Scouting group to provide scouting reports and additional player information to assist with complete evaluations of international amateur players.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Identify and evaluate international amateur players within the assigned area, as well as other locations as assigned by department leadership. 
• Write detailed scouting reports of players while also alerting the department of new players of interest. 
• Develop and maintain networks with trainers and academies throughout the region. 
• Assist in the gathering of video and player-specific data to assist with the evaluation process. 
• Participate in frequent meetings with staff to discuss players and overall player acquisition strategies. 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Strong knowledge of baseball, preferably with experience in player evaluation. 
• Knowledge of the international amateur landscape within the area. 
• General computer proficiency. 
• Ability to travel throughout Latin America (active passport required).
