Are you looking for a high energy architectural firm focused on quality projects and client success? This is a full-time, on-site position at CPZ ARCHITECTS, INC. The Architectural Associate will be responsible for tasks such as architectural design, construction documents, and construction administration. CPZ’s Architectural Associates are not cubby-holed. Instead, they are taught the entire design process from start to finish. We are looking for team players that are self-motivated, driven, energetic, who are hardworking, and can work with Project Managers to help take projects from start to finish.

Candidate MUST meet the following qualifications:
Five (5) or more years of experience planning, designing, and managing complex, small to medium projects.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD
Strong work ethic and professionalism.
Ability to generate ideas creatively in design development and presentation production.
Personable, reliable, honest with a self-motivated drive.
Able to work with a team in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building renovation projects and new construction
Ability to communicate effectively and develop professional relationships within a variety of disciplines under multiple directives
Experienced in following Software
Bluebeam, MS Office, and MS Project, Lumion, Photoshop & Illustrator

Responsibilities:
Works with the Project Managers to prepare schematic design through construction documents
Assists during the construction administration in the review and processing of shop drawings and approvals of material samples
Manage and coordinate projects to ensure completion within the design and quality standards of CPZ Architects
Further develop long lasting client relationships
