- McGuireWoods is seeking qualified candidates with 2 to 5 years of antitrust experience and a demonstrated background in civil litigation and class action defense.
- While civil litigation and class action experience is essential for this position, associates will be able to participate in all aspects of the practice and can expect to receive significant responsibility early on.
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm experience is preferred.
- Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
