Aerospace Quality Inspector (Certification Required)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

As an Aerospace Receiving Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming materials and components for our aerospace operations. You will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the accuracy of received items, conducting visual and dimensional inspections, and documenting inspection results. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our aerospace operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our aerospace operations by ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet the required quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality issues and drive continuous improvement in our receiving processes.

* Inspect and verify the accuracy of received materials and components
* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections according to established procedures
* Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace receiving inspection or a related field
* Aerospace industry certification in Receiving Inspection (ex.ASQ, AS9100D, ISO9001 or AS13100)

WE VALUE

* Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a technical field
* Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality standards
* Attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results
* AS9100 or ISO 9001 certification
* Familiarity with aerospace materials and components
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
