Northrop Grumman Mission System's (NGMS) Advanced Systems Operating Unit (AS OU) is looking for an Administrative Assistant 4 to support its director and leadership team onsite in Linthicum, MD. The AS OU supports F-22 Radar as well as numerous restricted capture activities and is focused on advancing technologies for our next generation product lines that are poised for significant growth.  
What You'll Get to Do:
Responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with internal and external customers and management, professionally representing the company and organization.
• Calendar management; coordinate meetings/conferences. Prepare presentation materials for meetings; Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings.
• Coordinate travel and prepare expense reports.
• Assist in maintaining collaboration electronic sites and department and programmatic folders.
• Follow up on open actions to ensure deadlines are met, and gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignments.
• Provide operational support for special projects; research and obtain information; help plan and ensure follow-through of assigned tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ years administrative support or related experience.
• Experience with MS Office; efficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Concur (or similar) travel and expense reporting system.
• Experience participating in and hosting in-person and remote video teleconference meetings (such as Zoom, Skype, MS Teams).
• Ability to work on site at the Linthicum, MD facility.
• Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access.
• US Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in continuous evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Northrop Grumman or aerospace/defense industry experience.
• Experience in SCIF/SAPF environments.
• Proficiency with maintaining collaborative electronics sites and experience with SharePoint web page development and management.
• Experience with proofreading and correcting documents for grammatical errors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative projects and initiatives.
Salary Range: $60,900 - $101,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
