Full Job Description

Private Equity firm located in Midtown West is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Administrative Assistant who will support the Credit Team, inclusive of 8 Net Lease professionals (4 investment team members plus 4 operations team members) as well as 6 Compliance Professionals (including the Chief Compliance Officer). While many of these individuals are self-sufficient, this role will primarily involve providing comprehensive administrative support including heavy calendar management and some travel coordination. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong work ethic. This position requires 4 days on-site with Fridays remote, from 8:45/9am-6pm regularly and paid overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, executing the scheduling of various meeting types such as virtual and in-person meetings and interviews
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring all logistics are organized and efficient
  • Assist the Compliance team with onboarding processes and trainings
  • Help plan internal team events
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including managing expense reports
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in all communications
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • ~5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Experience with travel coordination and expense reporting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in utilizing technology, including Zoom and conference room systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative thinker who consistently seeks to improve processes and approaches tasks with creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Displays excellent judgment and has a proactive approach to overseeing all tasks
  • Flexibility in hours to cover early morning/later day meetings; Required to work in-office Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays as needed

Compensation/Benefits:
  • 90-110K base + Paid OT + Discretionary Bonus
  • 100% paid healthcare for employee and dependents

  • 13 PTO days first two years, then increases to 18 PTO days
