JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel and other MS Office Suite applications

* Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to research and resolve issues

* Strong facilitation skills for requirement elicitation and management communications

* Self-starter requiring minimal supervision

* Good understanding of business issues and technical implications

* Good understanding of client operations and systems

* Good problem-solving skills and attitude

* Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities

* Ability to present information, both verbal and written, in a clear and concise manner

* Ability to multi-task and track multiple efforts concurrently

* Ability to develop estimations, including the work steps and effort hours

* Good understanding of databases, development tools, infrastructure and software applications

* Ability to translate business requirement(s) into detailed technical documentation

* Experience with software deployment processes

* Familiarity with waterfall, agile and iterative software development lifecycles

* Ability to test thoroughly including boundary testing, negative testing, ad hoc testing and regression testing

* Ability to troubleshoot issues in the certification and production environments

* Experience with editors/IDEs like Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code

* Debugging skills using IDEs or Browser debuggers

* Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming practices

* Experience with code management systems like Azure DevOps, Gitlab, etc

* Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, PowerShell

* Experience with SQL to include complex joins, nested subqueries and query tuning.
