Since our founding year, we have shared in our values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership with thousands of members at the collegiate and professional levels. With over 75 chapters across the nation, Kappa Delta Chi is committed to empowering individuals and cultivating leaders.
Through our diverse membership and inclusive environment, we provide a platform for members from all backgrounds to discover their strengths, unlock their potential, and become confident leaders in their community. We understand that leadership is not limited to titles or positions but rather a mindset and a set of skills that can be developed and honed.
Through our experiences at the undergraduate/professional level, leadership workshops at conferences, hands-on experiences, and mentorship opportunities, we equip our members with the tools they need to excel as leaders, both within our organization and surrounding communities.
