Responsibilities

The FIT Associate is the heart and sole (pun intended) of this business, this position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience that sets our company apart from other shopping experiences. You will be part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and making product recommendations via our FIT process, educate customers on new and existing product while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.  If this is you and you are eager to learn and ask questions, we want your application today!

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in retail or similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent product knowledge, or the ability to learn, to be able to educate customers on new products.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and neat store environment.
  • Creativity and innovation in generating event ideas that drive revenue and engage customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have the ability to switch gears and/or handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Actively engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing valuable product information.
  • Execute the FIT process and listening attentively to identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays and merchandise.
  • Identify opportunities for events and promotions that will increase revenue and attract new customers.
  • Assist in planning and executing events to engage and retain current customers, such as clinics, demos, or special-sales.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Product knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date with new product releases.
  • Problem solving and adaptability in addressing customer needs and inquiries.

Work Conditions:

This position requires working in a retail store environment, standing for extended periods, and assisting customers throughout the day.

The work environment you will be exposed to is a family and team atmosphere. We work hard but we like to have a good time. This is a positive work environment and we want candidates who will continue to make a positive impact on our culture.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability will be required to support events and peak shopping times.
