Job Description:

This would be a long-term W2 contract opportunity with intentions of converting this resource to full time. They are asking this resource to work a flexible hybrid schedule and be comfortable with coming onsite 3 days a week to start. More details are below:
About the Role: As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing solutions based on business requirements and working within the entire technical environment. You will collaborate with various teams, especially Business Technology Solutions (BTS) and technical/security teams, with a focus on integrating design and data aspects.
Key Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, Helix platform, and Databricks. Experience in insurance and data management is highly valued.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with various teams.
• Location: Richmond, VA.
• Experience: No specific degree requirements, with an emphasis on development growth.

• Initial Collaboration: Work closely with current Solutions Architecture.
• Team Involvement: Engage with Data & Analytics (D&A), BTS teams, and information security. The current resource with similar capabilities will be involved due to their strategic business understanding.
