Employment Type: Full-time, On-site- Tampa, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
• Participate in discovery and learning phases
• Perform hands-on development and coding and ServiceNow scripting.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with TS/SCI requirements and access to SCI facilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and development skills, with hands-on experience in coding and scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• ServiceNow Admin Certification and sec+ is required; ITIL4 certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

• This role involves working closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution and transition phases.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
