As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that we maximize our short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. You will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure we deliver to our customers.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Following and recording internal and external Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
  • Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.
  • Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth.
  • Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  • Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined across our organizational boundaries.
  • Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
  • Being familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, Post graduation or MBA will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in SP&S Services Deliveries, Subsea Services and /or Subsea, Surface and topside equipment delivery and installation.
  • Knowledge of Well Interventions and Completions, XTs, Control Systems and /or subsea equipment will be considered as a plus.
  • 5+ years of P&L experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous experiences with overall shop operations, field services management, equipment inventory, warehouse management, logistics of personnel and equipment.
  • Previous experiences with S&OP, Project Management and planning disciplines to support customer equipment deliveries from shop operations.
  • Team builder, with strong understanding of field services protocols and processes.
  • Previous experience coordinating within an O&G environment.
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders / customers and the ability to work well as a team leader and inspiring people to deliver up to the next level.
  • Experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with internal and external stakeholders"
