We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team and produce high-quality products and services for our customers. As a machinist, you will be accountable for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality is delivered to our customers. You will also be accountable for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive little to no instruction on routine tasks and general instructions on new assignments.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of machining, specifically aligning to Mills/Lathes/Grinders, with the ability to train others.
  • Demonstrate an expert insight of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) concepts and the ability to teach others, specifically in areas such as 5S Facilitation.
  • Observe all safety policies and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Follow NUCAP and NADCAP requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues within and outside of your work area.
  • Expertly read, interpret, and train others on how to read blueprints and machining programs.
  • Train others on geometric tolerance and measuring tools/equipment.
  • Regularly interface with engineers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn multiple disciplines.

**Sign-On Bonus eligible - Up to $1500, plus Relocation Assistance**

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is ($61,100.00 - $91,600.00) The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, including working with Mills/Lathes/Grinders, reading, and interpreting blueprints, and using measuring tools/equipment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Technology

WE VALUE:

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or Technical Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple disciplines.
  • Expert-level knowledge of machining, specifically aligning to Mills/Lathes/Grinders, with the ability to train others.
  • Ability to work with others and work self-reliantly.
  • Expertly read, interpret, and train others on how to read blueprints and machining programs.
