What's the opportunity?

We need a Graphic Designer/Media Producer to:

Design and execute graphic elements to support campaigns that promote our strong company culture and our people objectives to attract, develop, and retain high talent
Create content and flat graphics for internal and external websites and social media platforms
Work with Communication Advisors and Copywriters to develop graphics for posters, social media assets, signage, banners, and more
Collaborate with cross-function teams to bring copy, design, and communication campaigns to life
Champion cutting edge best practices and stay current on emerging trends in design
Build high-trust relationships with internal business clients
Use reporting metrics to perpetually improve and evolve internal content and channels
Innovate. Try new things. Fail. Learn. Pivot. And try again.
Multi-media experience a plus!

What's on the table?

You bring:

Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Software
Attention to detail and artistic inspiration
Adherence to deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Associates or Bachelor's degree in design - or equivalent expertise

Minimum of 5+ years of design experience
