Conagra Brands in Marshall Missouri, a local supplier of Banquet products, is seeking qualified individuals to fill the Boiler Refrigeration Mechanic position. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees.

You Will:
- Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, & test parts/components on plant & production equipment.
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machining tasks, as well as, read blueprints, drawing and plans.
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment involving ammonia & other refrigerants.
- Perform daily check of all refrigeration systems as required.
- Replace, repair and maintain all energy systems, boilers, ammonia systems, coolers, air compressors, HVAC systems and apparatus.
- Clean evaporators and condensers as scheduled, change recorder charts and maintain recording equipment.
- Monitor, repair, clean plant systems, water condensers, evaporators, dump traps, accumulators, sight glasses and filtration systems.
- Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order.
- Inspect machines and equipment to locate problems, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments to ensure a continuous production operation.
- Use manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, parts diagrams to troubleshoot plant & production equipment.
- Use hand & power tools to remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, & test parts/equipment on plant & production equipment.
- Perform electrical and/or pneumatic work on production machines.
You Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year mechanic experience in a manufacturing or production environment & electrical experience.
- Ability to work the scheduled/assigned days and hours including required overtime.
- Carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and write English for completion of production/quality documents.
- Familiar with and ability to use basic shop equipment, electric arc welder, plasma cutter, torch and basic hand tools.
