Honeywell Connected Industrial is looking for an APCEngineer to support our Connected Industrial business.
As an Advanced Process Control Engineer here at Honeywell, you willbe responsible forsupporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of Advanced Process Control (APC) systems for our clients. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop andoptimizecontrol strategies, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical support to our customers.This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of process control and automation.
You willbe part of an accomplished team of APC Consultants and Sr. Engineerswith 20+ years of experience implementing APC projects.You'llwork out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you willimpactthe efficiency and productivity of ourclient'soperations by implementing advanced control strategies andoptimizingprocess performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance our clients' manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of APC systems
- Develop andoptimizecontrol strategies to improve process performance
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities for improvement
- Assistin the development of innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Strong knowledge of process control systems and strategies
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, tuning & maintaining regulatory control strategies in Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Minimum of 2 years implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
